- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There are no zero stars in the Rating scale. Otherwise, I would have given him "ZERO" stars. I would never recommend Dr. Bednar to anyone. He is after money and despite my repeated requests to provide only services covered by my insurance, he claimed that he provided additional services, and charged me extra money.
